Location

Barmouth developed in the Victorian era a few decades before Oversley was constructed due to the newly established rail link which still runs to The Midlands and other local coastal towns. Oversley is only about 1/2 a mile or so from the town centre and is in a slightly elevated position which provides sea views from the first floor. Mynach Road is a relatively traffic free situation and one of the towns premier residential locations.  Adjacent to the rear of the house is a lovely woodland hillside walk going inland up to "the flag pole" and First World War memorial which is a local landmark.
