Company Profile

Back in 1998, when the name Sanderson was first placed above the door and our famous green boards started popping up, who could have imagined how settled and passionate about North Wales and the Snowdonia area owners Andrew and Alison Sanderson would become.

Being an estate agent covering such a diverse landscape as ours is not for the faint-hearted. Sometimes it almost feels like being a country vet, covering every type of location, from windswept mountain to sandy beach, bustling market town to boggy smallholding, our team always keep a pair of wellies to hand and although canine surveyor Ruby never objects to a bit of mud, we always do our best and leave our boots outside when we visit.

As with everything we do, it’s attention to the small details that have helped us succeed. This job is as much about individuals as it is about houses. We don’t just sell property, we help everyone move home; young and old, single people, couples and families and do our best to make it as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone.

Being a small independent business benefits our clients and customers, as it allows us the freedom and flexibility to offer a more personal and friendly service, which would come at a hefty premium elsewhere. Although, as with any business, we have staff and bills to pay we still make sure we have a little more time to stop for a chat and help talk you through the sales process and all importantly, keep you fully informed. We put people first every time and have even watered the odd pot plant for absent vendors on occasions.

However, being small hasn’t prevented us from being forward thinking and at Sanderson Estate Agents we continue to develop and adapt using new technology to bring important benefits to our clients and to a wider audience of house hunters. Our digital marketing means your property will get seen at its’ very best by potential buyers night or day, near and far. In fact we are regularly in communication with clients and applicants all around the world.

We are members of NAEA Propertymark which means we meet higher industry standards than the law demands. Our experts undertake regular training to ensure they are at the forefront of developments in the industry and to provide the very best moving experience to you.

Sometimes we think we should add Tourist and Travel Information to our title as we spend a great deal of time giving out directions and local information but then if you’ve ever met any of our team, you’ll know that if there was an award for the friendliest, most helpful and smiley estate agent, we could be triple gold winners, so we really don’t mind. In fact, we love knowing that people find us approachable and that we can provide useful and accurate information.

We like to think we are doing our bit to wave the flag for local communities, so don’t forget to let us know if something great is happening near you and we can help publicise it on our website or in our newsletter.
